Controller: AquaRiver PY. The controller's corporate details will be published once they are formalized.
What data we keep: the data you give us in the forms (name, company, email, phone, country, RUC tax ID and your message), the date of your consent and a cryptographic digest (hash) of your IP address to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address in plain text.
Why: to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, register your interest as a supplier, buyer or partner, and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with: no one, for commercial purposes. It is processed by technical providers that serve us (hosting and email), under a duty of confidentiality.
How long: for as long as the business relationship or inquiry lasts, and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require.
Your rights: you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to us through the contact form.
Dashboard and partners area accounts: they use a password and two-step verification; we log access to documents for security.
